Carefully pour the protein into the cavity, add salt and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. All stages are simple and clear. We take the cheese that is best suited for baking (I already wrote that for me it is mozzarella). Grate it on a coarse grater.

Cut the bacon (preferably smoked) into small pieces and also place in a bowl.

Mix everything with a fork. The resulting mixture is the filling for the avocado.

We cut the avocado lengthwise into two halves and remove the pit. Sprinkle with ground pepper and salt.

If you don’t have a suitable, small baking dish, you can make an “envelope” from foil. Lubricate it from the inside with vegetable oil. Place the avocado halves in an “envelope” and pour the previously prepared filling into the middle.

5. Place the halves in the mold and carefully pour one egg into each. This must be done carefully so that the yolk remains intact.

6. Turn on the oven at + 190 degrees. Bake the avocado with the egg for 12-15 minutes.

Preparation:

Separate the yolks. Grind them with a fork until the consistency of the paste is homogeneous.

Cut half of the avocado pulp into pieces, add them to the yolks and continue grinding.

Pour in wine vinegar, mayonnaise and yogurt. Mix well.

Salt and pepper to your taste. Squeeze the garlic through a press (you can chop it finely).

Cut the remaining whites into small cubes and add to the avocado-yolk mixture.

Cut bran bread or lavash into small pieces. You can coat them with olive oil and dry them in the oven until crispy. Add bread pieces to the salad. Mix.

Chop half of a small onion. You can marinate in boiling water with sugar, salt and vinegar (as you like).

Peel the avocado fruit and cut into small cubes. Add to the salad bowl along with the onions.

Cut lightly salted or smoked salmon into small cubes.

Chop the dill. Add fish and dill to the dish.

Peel the hard-boiled quail eggs and cut them into halves.

All this - in a salad bowl. Salt and pepper to taste, season with lemon juice. Add sour cream and mix gently.

  • one fresh cucumber;

  • a bunch of lettuce;

  • natural unsweetened yogurt (one hundred grams);
  • juice of half a lemon;
  • garlic clove;
  • pepper, salt (to taste).

Cut the products into arbitrary pieces. Sprinkle avocado with lemon juice. Place yogurt in a blender, squeeze out the juice of half a lemon, add garlic passed through a press. Pepper and salt to taste. Mix everything thoroughly. Season the salad with dressing.
